Gpac is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead its manufacturing and assembly operations with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities include developing plant teams, implementing lean practices, and managing budgets and metrics to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals. A strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing management experience.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.
