Gpac is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality excellence in manufacturing and industrial equipment. You will lead CAPA efforts and work with engineering and production to optimize processes, while supporting internal and customer quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of quality experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and a strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and quality tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA, 8D, 5 Why).
• Partner with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
• Support audits and quality systems compliance.
