Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a Production Manager to ensure safety, quality, cost, and productivity through active team engagement. You will lead continuous improvement, implement lean/Six-Sigma initiatives, and manage workcell performance within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years manufacturing/engineering leadership experience.
• Clear history leading teams to deliver Lean improvements and business results.
• Strong understanding of Lean principles and Six-Sigma problem solving initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resources are adequate to meet plan and maintain safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards.
• Lead area teams and drive performance through engaged leadership and corrective actions.
• Drive year-over-year improvements using Lean/Six-Sigma tools and best practices.
• Manage workcell costs within budget and assist in developing operating plans.
• Support plant-wide improvement initiatives and ergonomics projects.
• Provide visible leadership and develop team skills and engagement.
• Ensure team members are trained and qualified for SHE, quality, and productivity processes.
