Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office and CAD tools (AutoCAD/Creo).
• Self-starter with eagerness to learn and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Learn basics of LEAN manufacturing and work with mentors.
• Assist with 2D/3D CAD design of fixtures, tools, and ergonomic aids.
• Create process flow diagrams and presentations with MS Office.
• Support data collection and time studies to justify changes.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Assist Continuous Improvement team with LEAN and 5-S initiatives.
