Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with 2D/3D CAD (AutoCAD or Creo).
• Self-starter with strong communication and eagerness to learn.
• Able to stand/walk in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support LEAN manufacturing initiatives.
• Assist with time studies and data analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership.
• Contribute to process documentation and improvements.
• Participate in mentoring sessions and team activities.
