Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• Some experience with solid modeling and drafting.
• Familiarity with FEA software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering presentations to groups.

Responsibilities

• Modeling, drafting, and drawing of fasteners and fixtures.
• Perform teardowns and report findings with documentation and discussion.
• Perform destructive and non-destructive testing, installation, and measurements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to evaluate ideas for market acceptance and document product function.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to facilitate samples, trials, and final production products.
• Purchase and assemble test fixtures, samples, and other assemblies.
• Participate in brainstorming and problem‑solving.
• Undertake research to support learning of new processes, products, and technologies.
