Job summary

Trelleborg Medical Solutions in Delano, MN seeks a Manufacturing Excellence Leader to drive Lean-based continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, cost and engagement at the site level. You will translate enterprise strategies into actionable priorities, coaching leaders and teams to deliver measurable outcomes and sustain improvements.

As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will align with the global Operational Excellence network and deploy ME concepts while owning

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field or 5+ years of equivalent site‑level Continuous Improvement ownership.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment with hands‑on Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence responsibility.
• Proven experience facilitating site‑level Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, structured problem solving and training.
• Understanding of ISO9001 or 13485 standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize improvement initiatives delivering measurable Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Engagement gains.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis to eliminate waste.
• Coach site teams and cross‑functional partners to sustain Lean practices.
• Build internal capability through training leaders, project owners, and process champions.
• Translate business strategy into clear ME priorities and measurable objectives.
