Job summary

Harco Fittings LLC in Lynchburg, Virginia is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Leader to drive operational excellence. You will lead lean initiatives, 5S, and continuous improvement programs across the plant, developing KPIs and reports and guiding management reviews.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering (or related field) and 3+ years of transformation project leadership; PM, Lean or Six Sigma assets are welcome. Based in Lynchburg with North America scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Project Management Certificate is an asset.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Certification is an asset.
• A minimum of 3 years experience leading projects of operation transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5S implementation and standard work across the plant.
• Develop KPIs and reporting for manufacturing performance.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly management reviews and continuous improvement programs.
• Facilitate Kaizen activities and coach staff in lean methods.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality and ISO standards during projects.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to launch new products smoothly.
