Harco Fittings LLC, part of the IPEX group, seeks a Manufacturing Excellence Leader in Lynchburg, VA. You will drive operational excellence initiatives across the plant, lead 5S, lean, and continuous improvement programs, and support KPI achievement.

The role requires a bachelor's in industrial engineering, 3+ years leading transformation projects, and proficiency with MS Office; Lean/Six Sigma is a plus. Travel minimal, report to Plant Manager.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• Project Management Certificate is an asset.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Certification is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of 5S and continuous improvement programs.
• Develop KPIs and reporting for plant performance.
• Drive Lean initiatives and Kaizen events to improve operations.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth launch of improvements.
