At Mölnlycke, the Lean Transformation Manager will lead a high-visibility program at our Mikkeli factory, guiding one of our key production lines through a structured improvement initiative. Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex projects, programmes, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities and workstreams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• A structured and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Modular Line Improvement Program.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and operational performance improvements.
• Establish governance structures and ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Track KPIs, milestones, risks, and programme deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops and continuous improvement activities.
• Build engagement and accountability among cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
