Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve assembly methods and production processes.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, standard work, VSM, Kaizen).
• Collaborate between Design Engineering and Operations.
• Train and mentor team members in lean concepts and quality systems.
