Titan in Texas is seeking an experienced operations professional to design, implement, and review manufacturing procedures and equipment. You will lead Lean initiatives and coordinate maintenance while analyzing costs and developing dashboards to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include optimizing production workflows, coordinating schedules, and enforcing quality controls to reduce waste and boost productivity across all lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good information technology skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Knowledge of equipment for purchase, installation and repair.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate quality control processes and recommend improvements.
• Analyze production processes, schedules, and data to provide management with reports.
• Review costs and schedules to assist management in decision making.
• Plan workflow, equipment placement and space to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance to keep production equipment operational.
• Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify improvements.
• Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity.
• Enforce quality control to reduce waste and maximize quality.
• Improve efficiency of production processes and resolve delays.
• Develop metrics including dashboards and productivity reporting.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing Principles.
• Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement activities.
• Apply statistical methods to determine standards and quality objectives.
• Communicate with teams to develop production standards.
• Develop labor/utilization standards and cost analysis systems.
