Responsibilities

• Implement and support lean manufacturing, including cell layout and design based on demand and safety/ergonomics.
• Champion continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
• Use data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve lead times and reduce costs.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation (OPMs, Work Instructions, Shop Routers, Set up sheets, Product Data Sheets).
• Ensure projects meet cost and completion goals.
