Job summary

Flowserve seeks a CIP Engineer to identify, develop and implement improvements across manufacturing to enhance safety, quality, productivity and cost. You will partner with operations, engineering and quality to drive data-driven lean initiatives and sustainment of continuous improvement culture.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in manufacturing/engineering, Six Sigma and ERP/SAP experience, plus strong problem-solving and teamwork in a global setting.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field.
• MS or higher in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement & support lean manufacturing and cell layout design.
• Champion continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
• Use data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve lead times and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement a robust continuous improvement strategy.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and project roadmaps.
• Coach teams on structured problem-solving techniques.
