Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to design and enhance manufacturing systems, aiming to boost productivity and cut waste. You will work with engineering and operations to implement efficient production methods and ensure product quality through process controls.

In this role you will mentor staff on new processes and technologies, monitor key manufacturing metrics, and drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives with a focus on operational excellence and long-term plant performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of continuous improvement experience within manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience leading Lean Manufacturing and process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Contract manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve manufacturing systems to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Implement process controls that ensure consistent product quality.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to develop efficient production methods.
• Monitor manufacturing metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support engineering change activities and assess operational impacts.
• Train and mentor employees on new processes, systems, and technologies.
