Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers.
• Drive health, safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence.
• Provide technical leadership for production processes and methods.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligning with objectives.
• Identify and deliver process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality.
• Oversee manufacturing technology deployment and automation initiatives.
• Support new product introductions and ensure production readiness.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, quality, and program teams.
• Manage resources, workload, budgets, and project priorities.
• Drive root cause analysis and solve manufacturing challenges.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery.
• Lead initiatives involving advanced machining and capital equipment.
