Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing hourly and salaried staff.
• Proven conflict resolution and issue-solving skills.
• Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge.
• LEAN principles applied to process improvements.
• Domestic travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of production machinery.
• Directly supervise Maintenance Department staff and coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure facility safety, security, and OSHA compliance.
• Improve energy efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
• Maintain high equipment readiness and manage a 24/7 operation with 14–18 direct reports.
