Job summary

Daikin Comfort in Texas is seeking a Continuous Improvement Technician to study existing processes and drive efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards. You will educate operations staff on Lean-Kaizen principles and lead projects across Assembly, Fabrication, and Materials.

You will facilitate Kaizen workshops, coach process owners, and analyze data to improve KPIs and KAIs. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to implement standard work and safety

Qualifications

Associates degree or vocational training strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
3+ years in manufacturing or continuous improvement roles.
Experience with Lean/Kaizen and problem-solving tools.
Strong data analysis and ability to drive KPIs.
Proficient with Excel; CAD knowledge a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Kaizen workshops and improvement projects across Assembly, Fabrication, and Materials.
Coach process owners in lean tools and standard work practices.
Analyze processes and data to improve productivity and efficiency.
Support safety, quality, and process standardization initiatives.
Coordinate with supervisors to allocate resources and track progress.
