Job summary

• Identify process bottlenecks and implement recommendations to improve performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate workflows and design solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, service and productivity.
• Develop and optimize SOPs and process documentation.
• Own KPI reporting and operational data analysis to support decisions.
• Design project metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor progress and impact.
• Lead planning and execution of improvement projects and change management.
