Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Continuous Improvement Practitioner / Industrial Engineering Manager to lead the site's CI program, Lean deployment, kaizen events, and productivity projects to improve operations.

You will own labor standards, line balancing, capacity modeling and plant layout strategy, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable savings and capability building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years in industrial engineering/CI in manufacturing.
• Proven Lean deployment, kaizen events and value-stream mapping leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads site continuous-improvement program, Lean deployment and kaizen roadmap.
• Coordinates kaizen events, value stream mapping and problem-solving workshops.
• Owns labor standards, line balancing, capacity models and plant layout strategy.
• Leads productivity, cost-reduction and waste-elimination projects with measurable savings.
• Coaches leaders and teams on Lean tools, standard work and daily management.
• Builds capability through training and certification of practitioners across the site.
• Tracks and reports improvement pipeline, savings and KPI impact.
• Partners with Operations, Quality, Materials and Engineering to prioritize improvements.
