Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to own the site management system and drive ISO certification readiness. This role delivers end-to-end governance of the quality and environmental management system, ensuring documentation control and KPI-driven improvements at the site.

Responsibilities include managing internal and external audits, CAPA programs, and management reviews with site leadership to ensure compliance and sustained improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of quality, management-system or continuous-improvement experience.
2+ years owning an ISO 9001 management system, including certification and audits.

Responsibilities

Owns the site management system (ISO 9001, and ISO 14001/45001 as applicable) and certification readiness.
Manages the internal audit program, external audits and certification bodies.
Governs documentation control, procedures, records and process maps.
Leads corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs and closure effectiveness.
Prepares and facilitates management reviews with site leadership.
