Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an Industrial Engineer to improve safety and efficiency of our production systems in Appleton, WI. The role focuses on designing and refining production processes to reduce energy use and waste while ensuring compliance with safety policies.

You will analyze operations, monitor performance, and collaborate across teams to meet quality standards. This position requires travel up to 25% and a Monday–Friday 7 AM–5 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• BS in industrial engineering or related field such as manufacturing or mechanical engineering

Responsibilities

• Monitors operations with an eye toward improving productivity and efficiency.
• Designs efficient production processes and workflows.
• Ensures that processes meet quality standards.
• Reduces waste and addresses production issues.
• Reviews production schedules, processes and specifications.
• Evaluates data to implement technological improvements in production processes.
• Implements controls to monitor costs and minimize production issues.
• Works with other departments to develop design and production standards.
• Prepares inventory analysis and procurement purchase orders to address production needs.
• Designs facility layout and personnel requirements in relation to production operations.
• Helps develop instruction manuals, process documentation for production personnel.
• Ensures that work processes are safe and addresses safety issues and concerns.
• Generates process reports.
• Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned
