Nefab Braselton, GA seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to turn Lean principles into practical improvements on the manufacturing floor. You will support Southeast sites with hands-on projects, Lean training, and change management.

You will advance The Nefab Way, focusing on measurable results, lasting change, and building strong relationships with site leaders and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• At least three years of experience implementing Lean practices, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven success facilitating Lean training, Kaizen workshops, and change management initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, TPM, and related Lean methods.
• Demonstrated coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage employees and leaders at different levels.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Availability to work from Braselton, GA, and provide on-site support to Southeast facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, and Gemba walks to identify waste and improve processes.
• Deliver Lean leadership training to strengthen local management capability.
• Train employees in 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and SMED.
• Coach cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement projects.
• Guide teams through change, building participation and ownership of new ways of working.
• Provide hands-on support on the manufacturing floor and mentor local Lean champions.
• Standardize improvements and share best practices across regional sites.
• Track and communicate results to demonstrate impact and sustain progress.
• Build relationships with site leaders and production teams.
• Coordinate a regional Lean network and explore digital tools to support CI.
