Nefab seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer in Braselton, GA to drive Lean transformations across Southeast sites. You will lead Kaizen events, deliver leadership training, and coach teams to implement 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and SMED on the plant floor.

In this role you will mentor Lean champions, share best practices, track results, and influence site leaders to sustain improvements and organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• At least three years of experience implementing Lean practices in manufacturing.
• Experience facilitating Lean training, Kaizen workshops, and change management initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, TPM and related Lean methods.
• Coaching and facilitation skills with ability to engage employees and leaders at different levels.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in English. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Availability to work from Braselton, GA, and provide on-site support to Southeast facilities.

• Build strong relationships with site leaders, production teams, and other stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement Engineer Braselton, GA | Supporting Southeast Manufacturing Sites Turn Lean principles into practical improvements on the manufacturing floor. Nefab is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer who enjoys solving problems, coaching teams, and helping employees and leaders build better ways of working. Based in Braselton, GA, you will support manufacturing sites across the Southeast through hands‑on improvement projects, Lean training, and change management. What you bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience implementing Lean practices, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven success facilitating Lean training, Kaizen workshops, and change management initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, TPM, and related Lean methods.
• Demonstrated coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage employees and leaders at different levels.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in English. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Availability to work from Braselton, GA, and provide on‑site support to Southeast manufacturing facilities. Experience collaborating across multiple sites or within an international organization is an asset.
