Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a multi-station fulfillment team in Las Vegas. You will oversee inventory, replenishment, and the production flow from order intake to delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, lean practices, and collaboration across departments to meet production objectives and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, logistics, Business, Operations or related field, or 2 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in Warehousing, 3PL, Distribution or Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desirable but not required.
• Knowledge of WMS is desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities in accordance with SOPs, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Contribute to development of direct reports.
• Keep safety and clean work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, OSHA, HazMat and DOT.
• Plan and coordinate shift activities for fulfillment center operations.
• Train and assess shift personnel per company guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity.
