Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is required.
• 3+ years in inventory control or warehouse operations with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control staff and daily operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts and audits.
• Investigate variances and resolve discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (Order Picker, Turret, Pallet Jack).
• Generate reports and provide analysis to management.
• Collaborate with Product Integrity to address non-compliant inventory.
• Utilize WMS to track inventory movement.
• Train and evaluate team on best practices and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free environment.
• Coordinate with Inbound, Returns and Outbound operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards (FDA, WRAP).
• Demonstrate punctuality, work ethic and professionalism.
