Job summary

Albertsons Companies in California is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day production floor operations, manage employee performance, and ensure schedules, quality standards, and efficiency targets are met.

You will coordinate cycle counts, champion safety initiatives, support employee development, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning teams to resolve issues and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a production environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production floor operations and monitor employee performance.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and efficiency targets are achieved.
• Coordinate and lead cycle count activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Champion plant safety initiatives and promote a culture of zero injuries.
• Support employee development, engagement, and accountability.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning teams to resolve issues.
