• Production Oversight: oversee milk processing operations and schedules.
• Staff Supervision: lead production associates and deliver performance evaluations.
• Quality Control: train and enforce quality standards; address quality issues.
• Inventory Management: track and coordinate raw materials and finished goods.
• Process Improvement: identify and implement efficiency improvements.
• Safety Compliance: enforce safety protocols and training.
• Communication: collaborate with cross-functional partners.
