Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Production Worker to execute food production tasks, operate equipment, and uphold safety and quality standards on the production floor.

You will follow SOPs, document temperatures, assist with sanitation, train new teammates, and coordinate with the team to meet daily targets. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in hot and cold environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify product specifications and follow recipes and manufacturing orders.
• Operate ovens and monitor cook cycles.
• Load and unload racks, push product into coolers, and assist with packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, follow SOPs and food safety protocols.
• Train new team members and coordinate with peers.
• Support supervisor in absence and help meet production targets.
