Job summary

Kroger Manufacturing is seeking a capable plant supervisor to plan, coordinate and supervise daily activities across maintenance, operations and warehouse at our Fort Worth plant. You will lead safety initiatives, monitor production flow, and drive quality to ensure 85% reliability on lines.

The role emphasizes training, performance feedback, adherence to SQF 2000 and our Customer 1st strategy, with opportunities for growth and ongoing development within a major US食品 manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years equivalent experience in food manufacturing or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of department operations and procedures.
• Ability to write brief reports and log documentation.
• Ability to understand complex instructions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily activities of maintenance, operations and warehouse.
• Oversee safety processes and ensure tasks are performed safely, efficiently and accurately.
• Provide leadership aligned with Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System.
• Monitor production flow and resolve operation problems for the assigned shift.
• Prepare daily verbal and written reports for the production manager.
• Ensure 85% reliability on production lines and maintain quality.
• Train shift leads and provide regular feedback on performance.
• Follow policies to produce safe, quality foods meeting regulatory and company requirements.
• Support SQF 2000 Systems and food safety/quality principles.
