Job summary

Forvia is seeking a Plant FES and Productivity Manager to drive the Faurecia Excellence System and lean deployment at the plant level in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will lead cross-functional efforts to reduce waste, improve KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires strong change-management skills, 3+ years of managerial experience in production, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or similar field.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Production/PC&L/Quality.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Experience applying FES principles to improve plant KPI's.
• Strong change-management and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide FES expertise at the plant level and develop deployment plan.
• Support Production System deployment and lead FES training sessions.
• Contribute to lead time reduction through lean methods and Kanban sizing.
• Lead digital tools deployment and train on NEO, DMC, and mLean.
• Run value management workshops for MFC and lead problem-solving for Scrap/Yield.
• Act as a change agent to foster a Lean mindset and promote FES X.0.
