Job summary

Forvia is seeking a Plant FES (Faurecia Excellence System) and Productivity Manager in the United States to guide lean deployment, train teams, and drive continuous improvement across operations. You will lead FES training, optimize production systems, and champion waste reduction with a focus on frontline engagement and KPI delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of managerial experience in production, strong change management skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Production/PC&L/Quality
• 3+ years in a production environment recommended
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or similar
• Experience with FES principles and plant KPI improvements preferred
• Visa sponsorship not available for this position

Responsibilities

• Provide FES expertise at the plant level and deploy FES plans
• Lead Production System deployment, standardized work, and FES trainings
• Lead Lean process design and plant best practices
• Drive productivity, waste reduction, and KPI improvements
• Act as a change agent to cultivate a FES mindset across the plant
• Promote FES X.0 and continuous improvement initiatives
