Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities in the forming area to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery goals.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to employees in accordance with company policies.
• Supervise team performance and promote accountability, engagement, and continuous development.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing methods, process flow, equipment effectiveness, labor utilization, and capacity.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, improve quality, and control cost.
• Support the introduction of new products, process changes, and operational improvements in the production area.
