Job summary

Littelfuse, a global industrial technology company, seeks a Lean Engineer to foster continuous improvement through Kaizen events and Lean tools. You will implement VSM, 6S, visual management, standardized work, and Kanban across functions, while training teams and driving engagement with the LSGA system.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 2+ years of related experience, and a Green Belt certification, with proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, plus conversational English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing/lean environments.
• Familiarity with engineering practices and global manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean Manufacturing tools through Kaizen events (VSM, 6S, Visual Management, Standardized Work, Kanban, TPM, SMED).
• Lead Kaizen events and drive continuous improvement across departments.
• Provide training on improvement tools and methodologies to staff.
• Coordinate participation in continuous improvement via the LSGA System.
