Job summary

Freudenberg, Bristol, NH, is seeking a Lean Engineer to drive continuous improvement across the site. You will lead Lean transformations, facilitate Kaizen events, and own end-to-end projects with measurable outcomes. The role requires influencing teams without direct authority and delivering training to raise Lean capability.

The successful candidate will apply kaizen methods to reduce waste and improve flow, track gains, and communicate cost savings and operational improvements to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading projects with measurable outcomes.
• Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement experience.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred or willingness to obtain Black Belt within 15 months.
• Ability to influence teams without formal authority.
