Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, or related field.
  • Two+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or related manufacturing environment.
  • Lean tools: 5S, Standard Work, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Waste Reduction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
  • Experience leading projects, facilitating teams, or driving process improvements in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus but not required.

  • Coach and engage employees at all levels in Lean thinking, continuous improvement principles, and practical problem-solving techniques.

Two or more years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Quality, or a related manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of Lean principles and tools such as 5S, Standard Work, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Waste Reduction. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements. Experience leading projects, facilitating teams, or driving process improvements in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus but not required.
