Responsibilities

• Supervise production and inventory in Masury, OH on day shift.
• Coordinate scheduling across work centers to meet demand.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional work environment.
• Read blueprints, inspect workmanship, and ensure documentation.
• Manage personnel: time clocks, performance reviews, discipline.
• Backup for positions as needed and provide SOP development.
• Collaborate with Production Manager on material supply.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
