Job summary

HTC Global Services in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead 30–40 hourly employees in a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing setting. You will drive daily production goals while upholding safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

The role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams, coaching of staff, and applying workplace policies. Initial training on day shift with potential placement on later shifts; availability for weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising or managing employees.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Availability to work any shift, including weekends, as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 30–40 hourly employees in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Maintain staffing levels by managing call-offs and employee reassignments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, SIS, WCM, or similar methodologies.
• Coach, lead, and develop team members to improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives.
• Apply workplace policies and work rules consistently.
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner.
