Job summary

MI Windows and Doors LLC is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in Flower Mound, TX to lead the site CI strategy and journey toward operational excellence. You will spearhead Lean TPM implementations, drive data-driven decisions using the RHEO platform, and develop standard work, 5S, and VSM across functions.

The role requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and a track record of measurable safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing leadership with CI/Lean TPM.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and organizational change initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the site's Continuous Improvement strategy and annual roadmap.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and loss elimination initiatives.
• Championship Lean tools: Standard Work, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and A3 problem solving.
• Drive adoption of the RHEO platform and data-driven decision making.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards for leadership and performance management.
