• Experience with the Agile development process.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and organizations to get the job done.
• A proven track record of problem-solving, adaptability, and creativity in addressing complex challenges.

In this role, you will help work with different technology teams tasked with the buildout of a global federated customer master and related automation of customer processes.

This role requires a detail-oriented thinker with analytic background to help draft requirements, process flows, and design future state solutions. This individual will be responsible for analyzing different scenarios, and datasets while coordinating with multiple technology squads to help to prioritize decisions and requirements. A background in data management and data modeling will be an added benefit.
