Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial/Mfg Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or continuous improvement.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience driving Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level process improvement projects with measurable business impact.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SVP of Operations to develop and execute the Operational Excellence roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost; track with KPIs.
• Lead Lean initiatives across sites; facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping.
• Develop and sustain standard work, visual management and process controls; mentor Greenbelts/Yellowbelts.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from concept to sustainment; present ROI to leadership.
