Job summary

Our Organization is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution plan for establishing a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The Manager will guide site-level adherence to Lean and OMS (Operation Management System) strategic plans and collaborate with teams to drive sustained change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Greenbelt Six Sigma or Lean experience required.
• 1+ years of continuous improvement experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive process improvement projects and training to drive cultural change.
• Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and improve flow.
• Lead cost reductions within continuous improvement programs.
• Perform data collection and analysis for process mapping.
• Collaborate with customers on containment and corrective actions to improve quality.
• Develop budgets and cost analyses for project feasibility.
• Lead value stream mapping from current to future state.
• Conduct compliance audits and program evaluations to drive permanent change.
• Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders daily.
• Advise facility direction as an internal expert in continuous improvement.
• Mentor and train employees in Lean and OMS methodologies.
