Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence at our Anaheim site. You will lead Lean initiatives, coach leaders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost productivity and quality while cutting waste.

The role requires strong analytics, change management, and the ability to manage CI roadmaps with measurable outcomes. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years in manufacturing or Lean.
• Experience leading Lean transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and leadership for cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with plant leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of KPI development, data analysis, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GM and site leadership to evaluate performance and identify CI opportunities.
• Lead Lean initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost and engagement.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and problem-solving workshops.
• Collaborate with engineers to identify automation opportunities to boost productivity.
• Develop and execute site-specific CI roadmaps and standardize best practices.
• Coach leaders on Lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
• Present progress and results to senior leadership.
