Job summary

Wondercide, based in Round Rock, TX, is seeking a Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead to strengthen our LEAN culture across operations.

You will lead improvement projects, facilitate Kaizen events, and mentor teams in LEAN SIX SIGMA and TOYOTA Production System practices, delivering measurable cost and quality gains.

This onsite role offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment, growth opportunities, and a chance to influence processes from floor to executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience accepted.
• At least 3 years in Lean or Continuous Improvement.
• Certifications in Lean, Lean Six Sigma, TPS, or Kaizen.
• Experience leading Lean practices/tools (Kaizen, PDCA, 5S).
• US work authorization required.
• Strong communication across organization levels.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement projects across Production, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, and Mixing.
• Facilitate KAIZEN events and Lean training.
• Track performance toward cost reduction targets quarterly.
• Serve as Lean subject matter expert on Kaizen Charters and RCA.
