Welty Building Company in North East Ohio seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery on a multi-year, multi-hundred-million project using Lean construction principles. The PM will be the primary client interface and report to the Director of Construction.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Construction Management with 10+ years of PM experience on large-scale commercial buildings, plus proficiency in Procore and MS Office, and the ability to read drawings

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience
• Ten+ years of experience as a Project Manager of large commercial building projects (>$50M)
• Experience with complex facades on large-scale projects
• Experience with Lean Construction processes or ability to adapt to Lean methods
• Strong leadership for multi-disciplinary teams with safety and compliance focus
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, specifications and contracts
• Proficient with Procore and MS Office
• Preconstruction or estimating experience preferred

• Communicate with owners, architects and subcontractors on risk, timetables and budgets
• Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues
• Create and maintain the detailed project plan
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with client
• Monitor performance using scorecards to improve outcomes
• Manage project information flow through meetings and written communications
• Interface with client and consultants at all stages of the project
