Job summary

Welty Building Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead large scale projects in North East Ohio. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of experience managing commercial projects valued at $50 million or more, proficiency in Lean construction, and a degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Responsibilities include establishing project success criteria, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This position promotes a collaborative environment and the use of advanced construction technologies.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience as a Project Manager of commercial building projects valued at $50 million or larger.
• Experience with complex facades on large-scale projects or equivalent education and experience.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the enclosure team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Communicate with owners, architects and subcontractors regarding project risk, timetables, cost/budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans.
