Job summary

JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to support lean initiatives across the plant, partnering with Production and Group Managers to reduce waste, shorten downtime, and improve processes.

The role spends 50–60% on the production floor and 40–50% in office settings, with responsibilities to train, report, and drive improvements. Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint and strong communication are essential; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication and multitasking abilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 20+ lbs. and work on a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement activities to deliver value.
• Assist with planning, coordinating and tracking CI initiatives.
• Work with Production and Group Managers to improve flow and reduce waste.
• Set up standard work, training resources, and reporting KPIs.
• Attend and participate in training and project meetings as scheduled.
