Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a CI Coordinator to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing plant. You will support planning, coordinating, and tracking capital projects, collecting data, and ensuring alignment with Engineering, Quality, and EHS.

You will lead structured problem-solving using DMAIC, facilitate Kaizen events, develop SOPs, and maintain project trackers. The role requires Lean knowledge, strong data analysis, and the ability to work across Production, Maintenance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Operations or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting CI, engineering, or production improvement initiatives.
• Experience in the food or beverage manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with project coordination or technical documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the CI Manager and Engineering with coordination and execution of improvement and capital projects.
• Collect, analyze, and report operational data for trends and improvements.
• Plan Kaizen events and process trials.
• Develop project trackers and documentation for visibility and accountability.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align activities and resolve issues.
