Job summary

• Promote and drive continuous improvement across NASG.
• Lead systematic Lean and Continuous Improvement to improve safety, quality, productivity and service.
• Mentor plant leadership in continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive continuous improvement throughout all of NASG.
• Lead and drive Lean and CI processes to achieve OEE and on-time delivery.
• Drive future state and improvement plans for sites using KPI and TQPS.
• Promote and lead change by shifting to new processes and cultures.
