Job summary

Wells Concrete Products, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to lead operational excellence across our manufacturing lines. You will apply Lean principles, analyze data, and drive structured CI projects with measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will participate in Tier 3 reviews, develop standardized work, and coach teams on problem‑solving tools to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing/operations or supervision.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and CI methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive actions.
• Experience with Pareto analysis and root-cause methods.
• Strong project management, organization, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant's CI program and promote operational excellence.
• Review KPIs in Tier 3 meetings and prioritize improvements.
• Analyze Pareto data to identify losses, downtime, and safety concerns.
• Develop and manage CI projects with data-driven insights.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D, A3, DMAIC).
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Set goals, timelines, and accountability; track progress.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering to improve processes.
